Personally, I’m a big one for stacking lots of jewellery.  I like the noise it makes, I like the weight & I love the way you can weave different styles together in creative ways to produce a variety of styles all perfect for a range of occasions.

I make lots of pieces that are great for stacking, but by far, the most popular piece this year has been the stacking ring collection.  It only launched in November, but has been one of my most popular items of the year!

Allowing choice, the ‘pebble stacking ring’ is a collection of 4 simple stackers, made from 100% recycled silver, 3 with different textures, one with a simple pebble of silver on top.  They can be worn together, separately or with other rings from my collection or other jewellers.  I’ve had clients tell me they alternate wearing just two of them whilst others can only wear one for work, so mix it up for interest.      

Choice is important in jewellery, we all choose different styles for different occasions or outfits. 

As a committed ‘chunky jewellery’ fan, I have been known to go over the top with my accessories…. but recently, I’ve been wearing a simple, tiny 9ct gold heart on a longer 20’’ silver chain.  No reason, it just felt right. Who knows what tomorrow’s style will bring. No doubt, I'll be stacking necklaces!

Curating your jewellery box so that it can suit your mood is important, collating a collection that you can stack with or without other pieces is just as important, it increases the number of outfits you can accessorize & enables you more freedom to express where your emotions sit that day.
