How can I layer or stack my charms?
Think of a largercharm in the centre of your story, with a medium either side. Keeping it balanced, allowing each part of your story to shine.
Where can I add pebbles or small charms?
These smaller elements may not fit on the bolt clasp, but they look beautiful scattered up the side of the chain. They are also perfect for adding onto the larger charms in the centre, simply clip them to the ring to add layer upon layer.
Which clasp should I use for adding charms?
The bolt ring is made for adding our large & medium charms, thread them on, rather than using the Albert clasp to clip them on. The Albert clasp is perfect to use when adding smallercharms on the chain itself.
What if you don’t have a charm I would love to wear?

I have a Charm already handed down through my family - can I use this?
Absolutely! If the charm allows you to add it on to the chain, go for it! We’d love to see how you have used your own charms to develop your story within your F&E Charm Necklace. F&E can’t add clasps to your own charms unfortunately.
