Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 21 days after receiving your order confirmation email. This is subject to making and hallmarking lead times. Very often we will be able to make and process your order quickly, within a couple of days, but if you have ordered for a special occasion, please contact us at info@fredandemily.co.uk and let us know.
We aim to ship all products as soon as possible, however, items that require hallmarking may need to be sent away for this process and this can take up to 21 days.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays due to Royal Mail Strikes or congestion within the postal service.
Please contact info@fredandemily.co.uk before you make your purchase if you require your item sooner for a special occasion – we may be able to help.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
All items will be sent via Royal Mail, First Class (2-5 days), as soon as they have been made. Please note this is not a tracked service, Fred & Emily cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen/damaged orders sent through Royal Mail. Shipping is £4.99 on all orders.
You may upgrade to Next Day Special Delivery for an additional £10 - this is only available for in stock items, please double check before purchasing.
Please note, all deliveries are subject to making and/or hallmarking lead times. Bangles, personalised items and other items to be hallmarked may take up to 21 days. If you have an urgent request please contact info@fredandemily.co.uk, we may be able to help.
Local Collection
Collection from The Little Gift House in Caistor Market Place, North Lincolnshire.
We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Store collections are subject to making and hallmarking lead times. Collection available Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; 9.10am – 3pm and Saturday; 9am – 2.30pm.
Please have your confirmation email/text with you upon collection.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We cannot accept returns for personalised items (unless faulty) or any earrings for hygiene reasons.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fredandemily.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
